How to cancel an order on Weorder
If your customer ordered the wrong thing or for the wrong time, they might need to cancel an order. Using QuickOrder POS? Cancel tour order directly in POS.
1. Go to Orders
2. Click on the three dots
3. Click Reject and fill in reason
This will send a text to your customer letting them know that the order was cancelled.
