How to connect Zenegy to the QuickOrder shift planning system.

1. Connect Zenegy to QuickOrder

In QuickOrder's shift planning system, go to "settings" -> "integrations"

Holiday pay is given for salary supplements. Monthly wages and overtime are not exported.

 

You can now press integrate

For the integration to work correctly, you will be asked to enter

Employees

  • Select the Employees tab (1)
  • Enter Zenegy Employee ID
    • You will find the Employee ID inside Zenegy. It is important that you keep it updated continuously.

Departments (this only applies to several departments)

  • Select the Departments tab
  • Enter the Zenegy Department ID
  • Save

Congratulations! You are now integrated into Zenegy. 

 

2. Edit employee and employee ID

Press the three dots and select 'edit'. Then you will be able to edit the Employee and Department ID, just like when you integrated the first time!
